Organizing Committee – this committee requires participation in monthly Zoom meetings. It will make the overall decisions about structure, theme, priorities and partners for the congress.

Scientific Committee – this committee requires meetings every month initially, then every week until the program is set. It will determine the topics of the program and suggest expert speakers for plenary and parallel sessions.

Abstract Committee – this committee requires meeting periodically around abstract deadlines and review periods. It will be responsible for defining the abstract submission process and rules, designing the scoring rubric, encouraging submissions, reviewing submitted abstracts and slotting accepted oral and poster abstracts into the program.

Promotion Committee – this committee requires meeting periodically. It supports IAS’ communications team with digital program, selects congress ambassadors, promotes the congress to various stakeholder groups, and works toward overall promotion of the congress.
