ISA 2027 Social Media Ambassador

The ISA 2027 Social Media Ambassadors Program will allow stakeholders from across the globe an opportunity to promote and amplify the message of the 21^st International Symposium on Atherosclerosis, which will be held on October 20-22 in Santiago, Chile.

Criteria

Social Media Ambassadors will be chosen by the following criteria:

They apply using the online form
They have at least one of the required social media profiles set to public and are active users (Twitter/X, Instagram and LinkedIn)
They agree to have their profiles vetted by ISA 2027
They consent to having their image and profile shared on relevant Congress websites and in ISA 2027 social media promotion.

Requirements

Ambassadors are part of IAS’ promotion strategy and should be active pre-, during and post-event, as suggested in the outline below.

Pre-event: Social Media Ambassadors will post about ISA 2027 encouraging registration, sharing the program, their unique code, and other important information.
During the event: Social Media Ambassadors will post about panels and other programming happening at ISA 2027. They will share photos, quotes and more using the event’s hashtags.
Post-event: Social Media Ambassadors will promote ISA 2027 survey, so IAS can learn and improve the event and program for ISA 2030.

IAS will provide guidelines and support so Social Media Ambassadors understand key messages and tone for their posts. IAS will also provide graphics and sample posts, though selected participants are encouraged to develop their own posts within the spirit of Congress promotion. The hashtags for the Congress are #ISA2027, #ISA2027Santiago, and #SeeYouInSantiago.
